Considered as one of the best Carom billiards players of his generation, the Dutch Carom 3-cushion Legend who claimed 32 UMB World Cups so far in his career has been partnering with Iwan Simonis for more than 25 years now.

Carom, and 3-cushion in particular, might be one of the most demanding disciplines in the world of billiards. And like for any other sports, Carom has its Legends. After several years playing in the classical disciplines, Dick Jaspers switched to Carom 3-cushion in 1987 to become a professional player at the age of 22.

Dick Jaspers claimed his first World Cup title in 1991 in Japan. Since then, Dick has always been in the the Top 10 World players rankings. In May 2025, he won the 32^nd one of his career in Korea.

Between 2018 and 2024, Dick Jaspers has been Number One most of the time in the UMB World Ranking. He has won all the Dutch Carom 3-cushion records and 2 World records: Best game of 40 points in 4 innings and best match played in 15-point sets, with 45 points in 8 innings.

Dick has claimed 5 World Championship titles, 2 Gold Medals at the World Games and 5 European Championship titles so far in his career. This does not include 9 UMB overall World Cup titles, 23 Dutch National Championship titles and 2 silver medals at the World Games.

This is such a great honour for our Group of Companies to build such durable ties with athletes like Dick Jaspers who make the History of their sport.
